Orchestra Accolades

Saturday, January 31, 2026, 28 NPHS Orchestra students participated in the Florida Orchestra Association’s District Solo and Ensemble Contest. This is the largest number of orchestra students to attend the event in NPHS history. I am thrilled to report we returned with 21 Superior and 6 Excellent Ratings. All 27 of these students have now qualified for State Solo and Ensemble contest to be held Saturday, March 28 at Florida Southern College. This is the largest group of orchestra students to qualify for State Solo and Ensemble as well. We hope to bring in many State Superior rankings.
